1. Pins. Eight librustzcash crates are pinned to a git revision because NU6.3 (Ironwood) isn’t in a release. When zcash_primitives and siblings release with it, replace each git and rev with the version.
  2. orchard. Propose the five accessors to orchard as one PR. build_with_params and params_bytes only speed up the verifier and can stay local. Until they land, the ZIP 311 profile builds on stock orchard.
  3. ZIP text. Fold docs/ZIP311-ORCHARD.md into ZIP 311 beside zcash/zips#1406, with conformance/ as its vectors. This is the spend-authority core only.
  4. zceipt-core to crates.io with the default (ZIP 311 profile) feature set. The relationship proofs stay behind extensions until each has its own ZIP text.
  5. Review. An external review of the claim circuit and the sibling-account circuit, before either goes beyond testnet.
  6. Wallets. The two-call surface in the wallet guide first, then a uniffi binding for mobile wallets.
Sapling is out of scope: ZIP 311 already specifies it.
